Cost Effective Servicing - Copy Click
The most popular contract available from us is the "copy click" which charges you by the number of times you make a copy or print. The primary reason for this contract is that you only pay according to the amount of copying and printing actually used. We have no minimum monthly fee as with most other suppliers. The maximum allowable usage is a specified by the manufacturer for each particular machine. Every quarter we will contact you to establish the copiers meter reading and will then raise an invoice based on the actual number of copies and prints made.
